Recently the studio received an award for Best Project from Homes and Gardens. The project was our country house in Berkshire, this award is truly a celebration of the passion and curiosity that fuels my design journey. Today, I want to share what this means to me and my approach to creating luxury interiors.
Design is more than just aesthetics or beautiful objet; it’s about is crafting experiences. Every project, narrates a story, whether it's a family home or a hotel. I believe that each space should reflect the personality and lifestyle of its inhabitants. This forms the foundation to build the design on.
I love connecting with clients, listening to their visions, and bringing those ideas to life. The magic happens when we blend their dreams with innovative design elements. Collaboration plays a crucial role in my work. On this project, we worked with a rich colors,textures and created some wonderful bespoke furniture pieces that added character like the children’s bunkbed. It was a true labor of love!
It was pure joy to collaborate with clients and honour to win this award, it inspires me to transform spaces inspired by heritage, craftsmanship and art. .
